We support organizations across multiple industries and work closely with leading technology vendors to design reliable and scalable IT environments.

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Sales Executive who can actively generate business and build long-term client relationships.

Role Objective

The ideal candidate is a new business hunter who can identify opportunities, approach decision-makers, and close deals for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. This role is client-facing and requires regular meetings with IT Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and site visits
  • Schedule and attend client meetings
  • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Sell cybersecurity, servers, storage, licensing, and enterprise hardware
  • Coordinate with presales/technical team for solution design
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Manage full sales cycle (lead → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and account growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in IT B2B sales
  • Experience selling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise hardware
  • Understanding of solutions such as firewalls, endpoint security, backup, servers, or networking
  • Existing database of corporate contacts (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
  • UAE Driving License (preferred)

Preferred Background

Candidates currently or previously working with:
System Integrators, MSPs, IT Resellers, or Technology Distributors.
