Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven IT Sales / Business Development Executive who can help us grow our recruitment business by bringing in new clients and managing field visits.

Key Responsibilities :

✔ Field visits to client offices for business development.
✔ Generate new business leads for IT Recruitment.
✔ Meet clients to explain services & close deals.
✔ Handle payment follow-ups / collections professionally.
✔ Build strong relationships with HR / Hiring managers.
✔ Maintain visit reports & drive weekly revenue targets.

✔ Must be comfortable with field visits + client meetings
✔ Experience in IT Sales / Recruitment Sales / B2B Sales preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
