Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager with strong product knowledge in Networking, Biometric Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and related IT infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with technical and project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Product & Solution Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Networking: Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Structured Cabling, Wi-Fi
  • Security Systems: CCTV, Biometric Attendance, Access Control, Video Door Phones
  • IT Infrastructure: Servers, Storage, UPS, Racks
  • Suggest suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Stay updated with new technologies, products, and market trends.

Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams.
  • Support site surveys, BOQ preparation, and solution design.
  • Ensure proper handover from sales to execution teams.
  • Follow up on payments and documentation.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT solution sales (Networking / CCTV / Biometric).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with system integrators or OEM partners.
  • Existing client base in corporate, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Knowledge of tendering and enterprise sales is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹347,921.62 - ₹1,532,831.94 per year
