IT Sales Support Associate

We are looking for a dynamic female IT sales support associate to Join LO Technology Services Pvt Ld (Bixss). This role involves administrative, technical, and logistical assistance to the team selling technology products or services

Key Responsibilities

· Sales generation:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about IT products and services.

· Lead management:

Handle inbound queries, follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, and generate new leads through cold calling.

· Customer interaction:

Understand customer needs, answer questions about products, and persuade them to purchase or renew services.

· Record keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

· Collaboration and learning:

Work with the sales team to develop strategies and participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends

To Qualify the Role you Must Have

• Good Command of English (Verbal & Written)
• Technical Acumen
• Presentation Skills
• Any Computer Science background
• Be able to commute to our office in Kottayam
• Professional CV with photo
