At Tech Dot Solution, we’re hiring a results-driven individual who can take ownership, generate quality leads, communicate confidently with clients, and close Web & Design projects through Upwork and direct outreach.

This role is for someone who understands how to turn conversations into deals — not just send proposals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in IT Sales | Upwork Bidding + Lead Scraping
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Ability to generate and close projects independently
• Confident, smart, and target-oriented mindset
• Capability to achieve $4,000+ monthly sales target
