Summary:

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a reliable Information Security Analyst to resolve security issues in creative and effective ways with a high level of quality. The IS analyst will optimize information security systems, tools, and information, as well as anticipate obstacles and needs to secure the organization against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the organization’s product security posture by addressing vulnerabilities and optimizing information security systems, tools, and processes.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, regularly reviewing tools for functionality, efficiency, and indications of threats or security-related issues.
  • Detect, respond to, and mitigate service disruptions, data breaches, unauthorized access, and other potential security incidents in accordance with the PICERL process.
  • Plan, design, and build security architectures; oversee implementation of network and computer security measures; and ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with business units to resolve and mitigate security concerns, applying company policies and procedures to address audit findings and other identified issues.
  • Develop and execute security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to prevent internal or external attacks on company email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with programs, processes, and internal audit findings to mitigate cybersecurity risks and protect company and allied assets and information.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions for maintaining compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in networking or IT security with relevant certifications.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage complex assignments independently.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing learning and certifications.
  • Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required for critical systems or security incidents.
