IT Security Operations Manager

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT Security Operations function and define its strategy and roadmap
- Ensure protection and secure operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Oversee implementation of IT security operational controls across environments
- Manage IT security incidents from an operational perspective and ensure proper resolution
- Ensure compliance with internal IT security policies and operational standards
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery teams
- Oversee access management, privileged access controls, and system hardening
- Monitor IT security operational risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place
- Lead and develop the IT security operations team
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in IT operations and infrastructure security
- Deep understanding of ITIL, access management, and system controls
- Experience in managing enterprise IT environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate across IT infrastructure and service teams
