Job Purpose - الغرض من الوظيفة

To design, develop, implement, and maintain web applications using .NET ASP MVC framework to support the Saudi Patient Safety Center’s business and digital health initiatives. The role ensures secure, efficient, and user-friendly applications aligned with organizational goals - تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة تطبيقات الويب باستخدام إطار عمل.NET C# ASP MVC)) لدعم ألمشاريع الرقمية في المركز السعودي لسلامة المرضى. يهدف الدور إلى ضمان تطبيقات آمنة وفعالة وسهلة الاستخدام ومتوافقة مع أهداف المركز.

Responsibilities - المسؤوليات

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Core - تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الويب باستخدام ASP.NET MVC و C# و .NET Core.
• Design and implement database models and queries (SQL Server) - تصميم وتنفيذ نماذج واستعلامات قواعد البيانات (SQL Server).
• Integrate applications with internal systems and external healthcare platforms - تكامل التطبيقات مع الأنظمة الداخلية والمنصات الصحية الخارجية.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability - ضمان أمان وأداء وقابلية التوسع للتطبيقات.
• Work with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) - العمل بتقنيات الواجهة الأمامية (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and provide solutions - التعاون مع فرق الأعمال وتقنية المعلومات لجمع المتطلبات وتقديم الحلول.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - كتابة أكواد نظيفة وسهلة الصيانة وموثقة جيداً.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities - المشاركة في الاختبار وحل المشكلات وأنشطة النشر.

Requirement and Qualifications - المتطلبات والمؤهلات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science - بكالوريوس علوم الحاسب.
• Minimum (8) years of professional experience in ASP.NET MVC and C# development - ASP.NET MVC and C# development. خبرة عملية لا تقل عن (8) سنوات في مجال.

Skills and Professional Certificate / المهارات والشهادات المهنية

Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework - بـ ASP.NET MVC و .NET Core و C# و Entity Framework.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX - إتقان HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.

Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, optimization) - خبرة في SQL Server (الإجراءات المخزنة، التريجرز، تحسين الاستعلامات).

Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration - في تكامل خدمات الويب وواجهات RESTful.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology - م دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) ومنهجية Agile.

Preferred certifications: MCSD, MCPD, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer, ITIL - الشهادات المفضلة: MCSD، MCPD، Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer، ITIL.
