Ensure IT operations deliver exceptional service excellence, while supporting the analysis, integration, and optimization of sports business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion IT service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement ITIL-based service management practices and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Analyze and enhance sports business systems (BMS, event apps, facility systems, integrations).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT solutions.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across IT services.
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years in IT service management or business systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• ITIL certification required; Business Analysis (CBAP) or PMP a plus.
• Experience in sports/event systems integration highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
