Job Summary

Hard N Soft Service LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily IT service operations. The role ensures efficient ticket management, smooth communication between clients and technical teams, and timely resolution of IT support requests. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact for IT service delivery and support coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor incoming IT service requests through ticketing systems.
  • Prioritize, assign, and track service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate between clients, IT engineers, and internal teams for effective service delivery.
  • Follow up on open incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, updates, and resolutions.
  • Communicate status updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate technical teams or management.
  • Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance and support activities.
  • Support IT asset tracking and documentation when required.
  • Contribute to process improvements for better service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service coordination, or helpdesk operations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure basics (networks, systems, hardware, and software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in managed IT services or MSP environment.
  • Knowledge of SLA management and reporting.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
