Job Title: IT Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, and networks.
- Install and maintain software, hardware, and antivirus.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Set up email accounts and user access.
- Monitor and maintain servers and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related issues.
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and MS Office.
- 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
