IT Service Technician Intern

Job Description:


We are seeking an IT Service Technician Intern to join our IT Department for the Summer! The IT Service Technician Intern will assist with updating computers, installing software, and helping with projects. The intern will perform activities related to Bank computers, printers, scanners, phones and other technology peripherals. They will provide first level Help Desk support to end-users and escalates higher level tickets to the bank's Managed Service Provider.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting users to solve issues
  • Project Assistance for NAC/ZTNA
  • Computer and laptop set-ups
  • Cable Management
  • AI research and implementation

Required Experience:


  • Must be an active college student in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
  • Major in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Information Security is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Possess strong written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills.
  • Basic skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation.
  • Project a businesslike professionalism

Target hourly rate: $20
