About the Role:

Tafsol Technologies is looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our IT Services Bidding Team (Web/App/IT Services). The role involves identifying relevant project opportunities, analyzing client requirements, preparing and submitting effective bids, and managing the complete bidding process on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces.

We are looking for candidates who have good knowledge of freelancing and client acquisition platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should understand bidding strategies, proposal writing, client requirements analysis, follow-ups, and building strong client relationships or willing to learn extremely quickly using AI assisted tools.
