IT SERVICES HARDWARE SUMMER INTERN

We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy summer intern to join our IT Services Hardware team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide technical support to internal users.
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and configuration.
• Research and recommend solutions for hardware-related problems.
• Participate in special projects as assigned, which may involve testing new technologies, building prototypes, or assisting with hardware upgrades.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field of study.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
