Position: IT Services Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with proven experience in the IT services industry. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and achieving mutually agreed targets on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in digital marketing strategies, including Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-quality lead generation through Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Google Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and inbound leads.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns, ensuring high ROI.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Use automation tools to enhance outreach efficiency and engagement.
- Meet monthly lead generation and revenue targets as mutually agreed upon with the management.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the team to design marketing strategies tailored to the IT services industry.
- Create and optimize content for blogs, social media, and ad campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns and leads.
- Use insights to improve strategies and enhance lead quality and volume.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment of marketing goals with business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the IT services industry.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing IT solutions or services.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (preferred).
