Role Overview

The IT Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure at project sites, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical assistance to staff and systems. This role requires hands-on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems at project sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Ensure reliable connectivity and system availability for site operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align IT systems with project needs.
• Implement IT security measures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain documentation of site IT infrastructure and support activities.
• Coordinate with central IT teams for system updates and integrations.
• Train site staff on IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or site engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware installation, and system administration.
• Experience with construction or engineering project environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, on-site environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
