IT Solution Expert (SE)

Job Summary

The Solution Expert (SE) is responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions, combining strong business analysis expertise with a deep understanding of digital channels and IT systems. The role ensures that business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and innovative digital solutions that support organizational transformation goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver optimal solutions that meet business needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user journeys, and system specifications
  • Support solution design discussions aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategy
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
  • Support end-to-end solution lifecycle from ideation to implementation and post-launch optimization
  • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure feasibility and scalability
  • Contribute to enhancing digital channels (e.g., web, mobile apps, e-services) and customer experience
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or digitalization initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Background

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital transformation, and technology solutions.
  • Experience in industries such as Telecom is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis (requirements gathering, stakeholder management, documentation)
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, integrations and digital platforms
  • Experience in digital channels (e.g., mobile apps, portals, e-commerce, self-service platforms)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
