We are seeking a Company Owner / Managing Partner—a visionary entrepreneur ready to take the helm of an established brand. This is a unique executive opportunity for a high-level technologist with a "founder’s mindset" to drive the next chapter of Jimpor’s expansion across the GCC.

The Visionary Mandate

• Strategic Sovereignty: Define the long-term roadmap for Jimpor Solutions, pivoting our offerings toward AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Commercial Command: Lead high-level negotiations with blue-chip clients and government entities, securing multi-year service contracts and strategic partnerships.
• P&L Responsibility: Oversee the total financial health of the organization, optimizing operational costs while scaling revenue in the competitive Dubai market.
• Ecosystem Growth: Leverage our Business Bay location to network with global tech leaders and integrate Jimpor into the UAE’s "Digital Economy" initiatives.
• Culture Architecture: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of "Dubai-standard" excellence and rapid problem-solving.

Your Executive DNA

• The Track Record: 12+ years of leadership in the IT sector, with a proven history of scaling a business unit or independent company within the UAE.
• The "Business Bay" Network: You possess an existing portfolio of high-level contacts and a deep understanding of the Dubai corporate landscape.
• Technical Breadth: While you are a strategist, you possess deep fluency in Managed Services (MSP), SaaS architecture, and Enterprise Security.
• Entrepreneurial Grit: You are as comfortable in a high-stakes boardroom at Office 34 as you are deep-diving into a complex project delivery plan.
• Linguistic Versatility: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a significant advantage for regional market dominance.
