Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other I.T equipment.

Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.

Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.

Manage company email systems, user accounts, and access control.

Troubleshoot and resolve I.T-related problems quickly and efficiently.

Maintain inventory of I.T equipment and software licenses.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures.

Assist in upgrading systems and integrating new technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in I.T support, networking, and system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Experience with networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and routers.

Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud services is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
