IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team at [MA GROUP].

This position is open to Bahraini nationals only.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.

• Provide technical support to employees (in person and remotely).

• Troubleshoot system and network issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

• Monitor system performance and ensure efficiency.

• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and new implementations.

Requirements:

• Bahraini nationality (required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of networking, security, and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: BD520.000 - BD850.000 per month
