IT Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to manage hardware/software systems, resolve technical issues, support company infrastructure, and ensure seamless digital operations across departments. The ideal candidate is problem-solving oriented, reliable, and capable of delivering IT solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and security tools.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate ISP support.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and backups.
• Maintain IT asset inventory (devices, accessories, licenses).
• Ensure antivirus and data protection policies are applied.
• Assist HR, Operations, and Production departments in IT-related tasks (ERP, email, system access).
• Provide user training for basic tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Google Workspace / MS Office, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and WIFI configuration.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, servers, or CCTV is a plus.
• Ability to document issues and communicate professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
