Job Description – IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve daily IT issues.
• Manage and maintain devices, operating systems, and internal networks.
• Monitor information security, backups, and regular system updates.
• Set up new devices and manage user accounts and software.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and email hosting providers.
• Monitor system performance and submit periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or networking.
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in networks, security systems, routers, and switches.
• Familiarity with email systems (Microsoft 365 / cPanel).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
