Job Description:
We are looking for a male IT professional with UAE experience to join our team. The candidate will provide IT support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Assist with troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
• Ensure end-users receive timely support and minimal downtime.
• Maintain IT documentation and support IT projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Male candidates with prior UAE experience in IT both hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
