IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with a strong background in real estate operations and in-depth experience with Zoho CRM and related systems. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the technology needs of our real estate business, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer relationship management through Zoho solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for agents and office staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain company systems, emails, and backups
• Zoho CRM administration
• Support CRM, property listing platforms, and real estate software
• Ensure data security and smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in IT support
• Experience working in a real estate company is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Knowledge of networks, computers, and system setup
