Key Responsibilities:
* Server Management & Maintenance: Ensuring optimal operation, performing regular backups, and safeguarding critical data on company servers.
* System Administration: Overseeing the performance and functionality of our various IT systems and applications, providing essential technical support to users.
* Network Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnosing and resolving network-related issues across our company offices and manufacturing plant.
* Hardware Support: Providing comprehensive maintenance and support for all desktop and laptop computers, printers, and installing necessary software.
* Data Management & System Security: Contributing to the implementation of best security practices to protect the company's valuable information assets.
Qualifications:
* Experience: +3 years of practical experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or sales-driven environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
