Job Summary

Weartech Engineer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of software, servers, PCs, CCTV systems, and email platforms like Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain different kinds of software and IT applications
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve server-related issues
• Manage and support PC software and hardware
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email-related issues
• Handle CCTV systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to users and resolve daily IT issues
• Ensure proper functioning of servers, systems, and network connectivity
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of various software applications
• Hands-on experience in fixing server problems
• Strong understanding of PC software troubleshooting
• Experience in dealing with CCTV systems
• Knowledge of Outlook and server-related issues
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT security

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–6 years of relevant experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
