Job Overview
LTE Care Plus is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Specialist to support our growing healthcare organization. We provide ABA services to children and adolescents, and this role is responsible for maintaining secure, efficient, and compliant technology systems that support our clinical and administrative teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, and end-user support.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, printers, VoIP, remote access)

Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Administer Azure / Entra ID (user provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO)

Manage Active Directory and Group Policy

Support and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, WiFi access points)

Manage devices using Microsoft Intune

Monitor system security, updates, and patch management

Assist with cybersecurity compliance and data protection standards (HIPAA knowledge preferred)

Troubleshoot system, email, and login issues

Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and backup procedures

Coordinate with third-party vendors when needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure

Experience with Active Directory and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments preferred
