IT Specialist

The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for issues related to our highly customized database, computer systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Work with management to set overall project priorities, manage software and hardware related aspects of projects, and provide day-to-day technical support
• Work as a team member with department leaders to ensure understanding of customer needs, reporting requirements, and analytical needs
• Troubleshoot system errors and provide support to Dynamics NAV users within the company
• Create/modify existing NAV reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems management, computer science, or other technical field
• 1+ years’ experience with MS SQL Server
• Strong written & communication skills
• Background managing IT within a warehousing/manufacturing/distribution environment
• Experience with Networking +
• E-Commerce Experience

Job Type: Full-time
