IT Specialist

Please Note: This position is strictly open to Bahraini Nationals.

We are actively seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our technical team. The primary focus of this role will be executing IT configurations, network setups, and system integrations for our various projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable working both in the control room and in the field, and ready to provide additional technical support as needed to ensure our clients' systems run flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configurations: Configure, install, and deploy IT networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Infrastructure Setup: Assist in server room setups, rack dressing, and maintaining network hardware.
• Integration: Configure IP addresses and subnets for various enterprise devices, including IP CCTV systems, access control panels, and smart building sensors.
• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting network drops, hardware malfunctions, and software issues for both internal staff and external clients.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine software sweeps, system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on critical IT and security infrastructure.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of IP addresses, network credentials, and equipment health status.

Required Qualifications:

• Nationality: Must be a Bahraini National.
• Experience: Proven experience in an IT Specialist, Network Technician, or similar technical role.
• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of routing and switching, IP subnetting, and general IT configurations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues across both hardware and software.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Bonus Points (Highly Preferred):

• Providing additional general IT support is a major plus for this role.
• Previous experience configuring CCTV networks (e.g., Hikvision) or Access Control Solutions.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA A+ are a strong advantage.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per hour
