Founded in Boston, MA in 1902 by Reverend Edgar J Helms, Goodwill has been providing opportunities for men and women across America and around the world ever since. The Fort Wayne Goodwill can trace its roots back to 1936 when Reverend Helms proposed a federation of Goodwill Industries across northern Indiana. Today, we continue to flourish as we serve 10 county area in Northeast Indiana. This position incorporates a wide variety of duties. Basically, if it plugs in to the wall, the IT Department handles it! For example, maintaining and troubleshooting Goodwill data, PCs, cameras, register servers, and hardware and software components. This person will also communicate with staff (who may or may not be tech savvy) to help answer questions, issue user ID and passwords for various programs, and resolve hardware and software issues for Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana's Corporate, Operations and retail store locations.

EDUCATION
Associates Degree in the Information Technology field
EXPERIENCE
Two or more years experience in PC and network troubleshooting and maintenance is required.
