DESCRIPTION:
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases using white-box, black-box, and exploratory testing methods.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across various platforms and environments.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, and verify fixes through retesting.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, analysts, and support teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Ensure compatibility across browsers, operating systems, and devices.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and suggest improvements to strengthen product integrity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, including automation and SOP development.
- Clearly document and communicate test results and quality insights to stakeholders.

Work Environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent progressive experience in software testing.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software testing or QA.
- Hands-on experience testing cloud-based, SaaS, and on-premise applications.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Postman, Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD workflows.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of computer architecture and advanced testing tools for unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Demonstrated experience with SDLC processes and tools.
- Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
