As part of our growing IT team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth technical operations and supporting both employees and customers with IT-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to ensure business continuity
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with internal procedures
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and software tools
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks or failures
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security regulations
- Document technical issues, solutions, and workflows accurately

Requirements:

- Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role is a plus
- English proficiency at B2 level is required
