IT Specialist / System Administrator

We are seeking a mid-career IT professional to manage and support our overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT support operations, handling all hardware, software, and infrastructure tasks
• Administer Windows Server and Active Directory (users, groups, permissions) to ensure secure operations
• Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) mailboxes, ERP business applications, and all software subscriptions/contracts
• Troubleshoot networking issues and provide advanced system support to all end-users
• Act as the main point of contact for IT vendors and third-party service providers

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years proven experience in IT support and system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Experience managing ERP systems and corporate IT environments
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Location: Al-Dajeej
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD500.000 - KD600.000 per month
