Our group is growing and we're looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist to build and manage the entire technology infrastructure across our four companies:

✅ Real Estate Development

✅ Brokerage

✅ Property Management

✅ Owner Association (Maintenance · Marketing · Sales · Procurement · Legal · CRM)

🔧 What You'll Own

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

▸ Bitrix24 – Full CRM setup, workflow automation, task management, roles & permissions across all departments, linking all teams seamlessly

▸ Odoo ERP – Multi-company configuration covering Sales, Accounting, Procurement, Maintenance, HR & Marketing

▸ Portals & Social Media – Set up and automate listings on Bayut, Property Finder & Dubizzle; integrate Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok for lead capture

▸ Email Infrastructure – Configure corporate email, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), shared inboxes and integrate with Bitrix24 & Odoo

▸ WhatsApp Business API – Two-way CRM integration and automated lead flows

▸ IT Network & Hardware – LAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, IP management across all offices

▸ CCTV & Cameras – IP camera installation, NVR setup and remote access

▸ Full IT Support – Software licences, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation

🎯 Who We're Looking For

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Proven hands-on Bitrix24 experience (real estate environment preferred)

✔ Odoo implementation background (multi-module, multi-company)

✔ Strong networking skills: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, DNS

✔ Experience with UAE property portals and their APIs

✔ Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and email server setup

✔ CCTV / IP camera installation experience

✔ 8–10 years of IT experience | Based in Dubai

Certifications in Bitrix24, Odoo, CCNA, Microsoft 365 or ITIL are a strong plus.
