We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist & Team Manager to lead our IT operations while providing hands-on technical expertise across infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This role combines technical leadership with team management responsibilities, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support and infrastructure team.
- Set team objectives, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Manage vendor relationships and external service providers.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Plan and manage IT budgets, hardware procurement, and software licensing.
Infrastructure & Systems Administration
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and related technologies.
- Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and compliance requirements.
Technical Support & Operations
- Oversee IT helpdesk operations and support escalations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Security & Compliance
- Implement security policies and risk mitigation measures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability management.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Respond to and manage security incidents when required.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support experience.
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise IT environments.
