Job Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud, hardware, and software
- Oversee user support, troubleshooting, and helpdesk operations
- Implement and maintain IT security, backups, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and documentation
- Support onboarding/offboarding and access management
- Plan system upgrades, deployments, and improvements
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents
- Lead and mentor the IT team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, and system administration
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL/helpdesk processes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Addon Requirements
- Must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree.
- If the candidate does not hold a four-year bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience in the software industry is required.
- Must not be bankrupt or undergoing financial restructuring.
- Must not hold more than 10% equity in any financial institution.
- Must have no serious criminal convictions (such as fraud, bribery, terrorism, etc.).
- Must not be legally prohibited from engaging in trading activities.
- Must not have been responsible for incidents that resulted in license revocation.
- Must have no administrative penalties within the past five years"
