We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic high school/college student to join our team as a Information Technology Intern for the summer. Reporting to the IT Manager, this associate will have an opportunity to gain and develop technical skills in an exciting, fast-paced and challenging manufacturing environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for associates at all levels
- Perform basic software and hardware installations
- Assist in network analysis and troubleshooting
- Research cost and product data for equipment upgrade proposals
- Actively engage in department rollouts of new systems and processes
- Support user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Assist with system and data cleanup, organization, and documentation
Job Classification Requirements
- Availability to work approximately 20 – 25 hours per week
- Able to work hours between 8:00a – 5:00p
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge
- Desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor
- Ability to exert between 10 and 50 pounds on occasional basis
- Always adheres to Company safety policies
- Requires decision making skills
- Exhibits characteristics of good role-model
- Reliable with excellent attendance record
