Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Position Summary

The IT Support position will provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees and support the technology needs of our new warehouse project. This role will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment for new users, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring smooth connectivity across office and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to office and warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of security systems, cameras, and access control devices.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues for networked devices and coordinate with IT management when escalations are needed.
• Support new employee setups, including email accounts, logins, and access permissions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, inventory, and service requests.
• Provide onsite assistance during system updates, warehouse system testing, or equipment rollouts.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure systems are properly aligned with operational needs.
• Follow company procedures and data security protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or coursework in IT preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite full time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.).
• Bilingual – English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
