We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, networks, and office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and MS Office applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of email accounts, VPN access, and user profiles.
- Support company CRM, ERP.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are functioning correctly.
- Monitor IT inventory and assist in procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Provide IT on-boarding and training for new employees.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, systems, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- 2–4 years of IT support experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
