IT Support

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Hardware & Networking Specialist to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's computer hardware, network infrastructure, and IT systems. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of all technology systems across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Manage and configure network security settings and antivirus protection.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT systems and configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support of IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and optimize connectivity and uptime.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware and networking support.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, and MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
