Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users regarding computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of technology within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and security
• Set up user accounts and manage access permissions
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
• Assist in the setup of new equipment and onboarding of new employees
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
