$80,000 - $85,000 base salary
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Mobile Device Technician to support the deployment, management, and ongoing support of a large-scale mobile environment. This role will play a key part in designing and executing mobile device management (MDM) processes, supporting end users, and ensuring devices are configured, secure, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and support approximately 470+ mobile devices (iOS and Android), including smartphones and tablets

Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mobile device management using Azure-based platforms

Perform device imaging, provisioning, and updates to ensure consistency across all devices

Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for mobile device issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems

Manage mobile device lifecycle including setup, maintenance, updates, and decommissioning

Partner with internal teams to ensure devices meet security, compliance, and operational standards

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of all mobile assets
Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience supporting mobile devices in an enterprise environment

Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and platforms (Intune preferred)

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments

Hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets)

Experience with device imaging, provisioning, and deployment at scale

Ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical issues independently

Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and process
Preferred Experience
