Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. The candidate will help employees resolve IT issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain networking systems (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, and site connectivity).
• Manage Windows Server environments
• Set up user accounts, email, and system access.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
• Assist in system updates, backups, and security procedures.
• Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
• Coordination with site teams & vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• 3-4 years of IT support experience preferred.
