Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary Package: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Support Technician who can independently handle day-to-day IT support tasks for business clients, offices, villas, and commercial sites.

The candidate should have practical working experience in Windows systems, Windows Server support, printer troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Outlook configuration, software installation, networking, and CCTV/IP camera-related support.

This position is suitable for a technician who can manage client site support, troubleshoot issues confidently, and coordinate with the senior technical team when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
  • Configure Microsoft Outlook and resolve email-related issues.
  • Microsoft 365 user support tasks.
  • Install and configure office software, business applications, and required drivers.
  • Troubleshoot printer and scanner issues, including network printer setup, driver installation, scan-to-folder, and printing errors.
  • Support Windows Server tasks including user access, shared folders, permissions, and server-side troubleshooting.
  • Assist in CCTV and networking-related work, including IP camera connectivity, DVR/NVR configuration, IP settings, and remote viewing support.
  • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, IP address conflicts, router, switch, and cabling-related issues.
  • Visit client sites for IT support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and update the senior team about completed work, pending issues, and required materials.
  • Maintain proper records of service calls, completed tasks, and technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, networking, CCTV, or related technical support.
  • Experience with Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, shared folders, users, and permissions.
  • Experience with printer installation, scanner configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 accounts, Outlook configuration.
  • Networking knowledge including IP addressing, LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, and cabling.
  • CCTV networking knowledge including IP cameras, DVR/NVR, camera connectivity, and remote viewing.
  • Ability to install software, drivers, and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Ability to work independently at client sites.
  • Good communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Willingness to handle field support and on-site technical work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should be practical, confident, and able to troubleshoot common IT issues without continuous supervision.
  • UAE experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of network testers, crimping tools, cabling, and printer/scanner setup will be preferred.
  • Driving license will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Candidate should be hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn new technologies.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
