Role Overview

The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
• Train and assist staff with IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
