ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Troubleshoot and assist Appraisers and Internal staff of any software/ hardware issues. Setup shortcuts for programs. Perform online training and create Job Aids.

  • Train Field Appraisers in use of Claim System and CCC Estimating.
  • Assist network in using the software to get files uploaded.
  • Assist in configuring the software related to SCA.
  • Assist Internal users in troubleshooting SCA software.
  • Configure computers for new users.
  • Assist in taking inventory of the company equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining company equipment.
  • Recommend solutions to user to be able to work more efficient.
  • Verify updates are properly and regularly installed.
  • Assist manager on special requests.
  • Assist in making backups for SCA files.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Essential:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Display a competent level of computer literacy. PC and Windows a must.
  • Must type 40+ words per minute.
  • Must display strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Must engage work with a high sense of urgency and detail.
  • Strong communicator with excellent correspondence skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of people

· Being sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.

· Able to lift equipment around 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
