IT Support:

• Provide first-line technical support to internal teams (hardware, software, networking, emails, etc.)
• Manage and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, and databases.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and up to date.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Monitor system performance and maintain documentation for IT processes and systems.

Marketing & Sales:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote services.
• Visit existing and potential client offices to introduce products/services and build relationships.
• Actively follow up with leads and inquiries to close sales and grow the customer base.
• Identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitors.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and Google Ads.
• Create and manage promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and content for websites and social platforms.
• Plan and execute on-ground events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand.
• Report on marketing and sales performance metrics to management.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and marketing/sales roles.
• Solid technical knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in direct client interaction and outside sales/marketing visits.

Preferred Skills:

• UAE driving license (optional).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to manage time effectively between technical and sales tasks.
