We are currently seeking a full time, reliable, and skilled IT Support Assistant to join our team at Wesley Commons! This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance - perfect for someone with basic networking IT experience and a customer-first attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electronics, including televisions, phones, and associated devices
- Providing hardware and software support to Wesley Commons and providing technical assistance to residents, employees, and admin staff.
- Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues
- Basic networking needs
