Main Responsibilities:
Typical duties include:
Technical Support
Provide desktop/laptop support to employees
Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
Windows OS
Business software (ERP, email, MS Office)
Resolve hardware and software issues
Network & Systems Support
Assist in maintaining:
Company network (LAN/WiFi)
Printers, scanners, IP phones
Support system access, passwords, and user accounts
Help Desk Operations
Respond to IT tickets and user requests
Diagnose problems and provide quick solutions
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
Maintenance & Monitoring
Perform regular system checks and updates
Ensure antivirus and security systems are active
Monitor IT equipment performance
Documentation
Record incidents, solutions, and IT inventory
Maintain logs for troubleshooting and audits
Educational Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science
1–3 years experience in IT support
At least with basic knowledge of:
Networking basics
Windows systems
Troubleshooting hardware/software
Pay: From QAR5,390.00 per month
Work Location: In person
