Non-Negotiables

• Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT (Monday to Saturday) — Night shift only
• Fluent spoken and written English is required
• You must have:
• A working laptop or desktop
• A strong and uninterrupted internet connection
• A mobile phone
• A quiet, well-lit working space
• Background verification is part of the selection process

Who Should Apply

This position is strictly for verified experienced professionals with:

• ✅ At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant IT role
• ✅ Current or former employment in reputed organizations

Exceptional candidates with slightly less experience but strong skills and confidence in all required areas are also encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Manage internal network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall, routers)
• Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs)
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security, patching, backups
• Support internal cloud-based systems and tools
• Log bugs, control user access, and document IT operations
• Assist in internal compliance and audit preparation (HIPAA, SOC 2)

Required Skill Set

• Strong hands-on knowledge in:
• Networking & Security
• Windows/Linux Administration
• Real-time support and infrastructure
• Technical documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication skills — all operations are English-based
